Have you and your Staff "Invited your Friends" to like your Page on Facebook?
Leveraging your network (and the network of your staff) is one of the most effective and important things you can do to help kickstart a growth in your Facebook Followers.
Facebook users are more likely to LIKE and engage with a page if they are invited by someone they know (as opposed to an advertisement). So, we recommend that you simply ask your social media manager and your staff to take a 2-3 minutes to go to your Page & Invite Friends.

Simply emailing your staff or messaging them via Facebook about inviting their friends will help you leverage your current networks and it only takes a minute or two.
